Within the framework of the European Union’s (EU) and Easter region economic development project East Invest 2, from 6 to 9 September, incoming food industry trade mission from Azerbaijan, Roadshow Agriculture and Agrifood in Latvia, organized by Latvian biggest association of entrepreneurs – Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) took place. Meeting with Latvian companies took place at Riga Food 2016 exhibition, as well as individually by visiting entrepreneurs.

Latvijas lielākās uzņēmēju biedrības Latvijas Tirdzniecības un rūpniecības kameras (LTRK) veiktajā aptaujā noskaidrots, ka valdības darba novērtējums pēdējo mēnešu laikā pieaudzis līdz 5,05 desmit baļļu sistēmā, kas ir labāks rādītājs nekā iepriekš, kad uzņēmēji to vērtēja ar 4,4.
